Anita Love

Ask Anita – I’m a fan of you, but I am afraid to come see you. You are a wild lady and I am an old guy that can barely get it up. Would you see me?

Awe, what a sweetheart. Yes, I am afraid I have quite the reputation as being that wild tigress and lately it seems my reputation is scaring some of the mature gentlemen off that I advertise to. I do see mainly ages 40s to 80s (as a returning client that came to see me this week is age 84) as mature gentlemen are my preference. Because I see mainly mature gentlemen, I stay away from bad situations and “hoody” individuals (unlike other providers that cave all the time to the younger guys appointment requests because they are broke, I actually stick to my guns and never see them).

My gentlemen regulars are mainly white collar business men and seniors (or “retirees”). Because of that, yes, I do see some wild middle age men that we practically attack one another, rip each others clothes off and well, the rest I will leave to your own imagination because I’d rather you find out how consumately wild this GILF is. I also see plenty of ages 50’s through 80’s who have had some challenges with “Skippy” in one way or another, either in premature ejaculation or Erectile Dysfunction (“ED” for short).

Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is the inability to achieve or sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse. From here on out, I will caution all of you reading this that I am not a doctor and I did thorough research before providing this information to you.  If a gentlemen struggles with either premature ejacultion or ED and it effects their self-esteem and worsens their depression, they should make an appointment and discuss these issues with their doctor and find out their options for treatments, medication or adjustments to any medications that they are currently taking. Firstoff, there are many things associated with causing ED:

1. Depression and certain depression medications can be a cause of ED. Depression can dampen your desire and can lead to it. Ironically, many of the drugs used to treat depression can also suppress your sex drive and make it harder to get an erection, and they can cause a delay in your orgasm.

2. Alcohol. Heavy drinking can interfere with erections and can make it difficult to finish the act. Moderate drinking such as one or two drinks a day may have some benefits such as reducing the risk of heart disease.

3. Medications. A long list of common drugs can cause ED, including certain blood pressure drugs, pain medications, and antidepressants. But do not stop taking any medicines without talking to your doctor first. Street drugs like amphetamines, cocaine, and marijuana can cause sexual problems in men, too.

4. Stress. To be honest, who doesn’t have stress these days and it’s no wonder with the economic stresses many gentlemen are under that it could cause ED as well. It is important to counteract the stress positively by getting enough exercise and sleep and seeking professional help when appropriate.

5. Anger. Yes, if you are repressing anger and not communicating to your partner properly, it can effect your bedroom performance.

6. Anxiety. Worrying that you won’t be able to perform in the bedroom can effect your ability to maintain erection.

7. Obesity. Obese men have lower levels of the male hormone testosterone, which is important for sexual desire and producing an erection. Being overweight is also linked to high blood pressure and hardening of the arteries, which can reduce blood flow to the penis.

8. Smoking. Yes, tobacco use which restricts blood flow to veins and arteries, can over time cause chronic health conditions that lead to erectile dysfunction

9. A negative self-image. Yes, when you don’t feel good about yourself, it could effect your bedroom performance.

10. Health issues. Diabetes, high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis can contribute to ED. Surgery to treat prostate or bladder problems can also affect the nerves and blood vessels that control an erection.

Alternatively, doing the following can assist you in treating and preventing ED so that your sexual performance is not impaired anymore:

1. Medication changes and adjustments. Yes, seeing your doctor and discussing ED as he may be able to do some adjustments to your medication as well as provide you certain medications that can enhance sexual arousal. These other medications such as Levitra, Cialis, Stendra and Viagra work by relaxing tight blood vessels, allowing more blood to surge into the penis and cause an erection.

2. Lose weight. Dietary changes to a high protein, low carbohydrate diet can improve the blood flow and also assist in getting any other health issues under control such as Diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and high cholesterol.

3. Quit smoking. Enough said.

4. Moderate drinking only. As discussed above, one or two drinks a day.

5. Get plenty of exercise.

6. Keep tabs on your testosterone levels. If it gets too low, it can affect your sex drive and your ability to get an erection. A simple blood test can tell you if you have low testosterone, and there are plenty of ways to treat it. Testosterone replacement therapy may improve the problem.

7. Don’t use anabolic steroids.

8. Handle the stress better in your life.

9. Investigage holistic treatment methods and natural health drug options for treatment of ED before undertaking the sexual enhancer drugs we talked about above.

9. Treat sleep apnea. Studies have shown that there is a connection between sleep apnea and ED.

10. Know your medication side effects and discuss these side effects with your doctor so maybe he can change the course of treatment to allow for an improvement in bedroom performance.

11. Switch from night to morning sex as the erections are usually better then.

12. There are surgeries you can have that are a treatment to ED including penile implants and blood vessel surgery. Discuss these options with your doctor but these surgeries are considered a last resort and should not be undertaken unless any of the previous treatment options have failed.

So, yes, the only reason I included the above information is so that gentlemen that have not seen their doctor yet can understand that number 1, you are not alone and there are options out there for treatment. Do not be ashamed. Yes, I do understand and I am extremely patient in my sessions and many of my regular clientele have struggled with ED. Yes, there are times where my wonderful mouth and tongue even after trying to work their magic, well, I am not always successful in getting a gentlemen to climax.

But as I have said before and continue to say it, the bedroom passionate sensual fun is the “journey” as much as it is the culmination “boom”. If a gentlemen can “cum” even if they aren’t hard enough for intercourse, well, I consider that still a victory. I do have my share of “journey” gentlemen that enjoy getting me to climax as much as they enjoy cumming as well. I do love the passionate makeout sessions, the gentlemen that dine at the Y, my licking and sucking of skippy and the swallowing of the protein shakes for all of those gentlemen that still do cum. For those gentlemen that struggle with ED that end up going the route of surgery, I’ll post a blog soon about surgical options once I have a moment to do more research.

There are no easy answers especially if ED is effected by any medications you are taking to regulate any pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, depression, high cholesterol or hypertension. Obviously all of those heatlh issues are important and so many gentlemen struggle with weighing the pros and cons of treatment options because they may be doing well health wise due to these medications.

A few gentlemen have told me over time that some of the “other providers” were a bit rude in their advice they were giving gentlemen that had struggled with ED issues. Some providers outright stating that they thought the gentlemen should go on enhancer medication of some sort such as Cialis or Viagra. Firstoff, who do they think they are? They are not doctors and seeing a doctor for your medical advice is who you should seek. I love making my regulars and newly verified clientele happy and making their hours or more with me very special but I would never dream of suggesting a form of treatment to them as I am not a doctor.

If a gentlemen does not want to seek any medical advice and just live with ED and cum orally, well, then that is what they should do. Firstoff, I want you all healthy and as many of those prescription medications do have side effects that could effect another part of your life, well, then do not seek out doctors for providing those enhancer medications. I definitely don’t want a gentlemen to have a heart attack after taking one of those pills.

Hugs and voraciously hungry kisses,

Anita
